An initiative under the Digital India Programme prioritizes users’ needs by implementing a citizen-centric approach to User Experience (UX). It aims to ease the users’ journey when availing services digitally; facilitating personalized digital interfaces that are visually appealing, efficient, and accessible.

The main goal is to promote better UI/UX practices and provide ready-to-use standard digital mock-ups, prototypes, CSS, images, etc, and reusable design components. Additionally, UX4G is to support product managers, and UI/UX designer teams from Government Departments by providing necessary handholding to improve the quality of user experience.
