An essential component of Mission Karmayogi, the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), is Karmayogi Bharat. The goal of this project is to completely change India’s civil services capacity building environment. It seeks to develop a capable civil service with a common grasp of the nation’s interests and a foundation in Indian culture. This is in line with the goal of creating a developed India by 2047, or Viksit Bharat. iGOT Karmayogi is a large-scale, all-inclusive platform for career management and learning designed to meet the specific knowledge needs of government officials.

With capabilities for networking, peer-to-peer interactions and career management, the platform will establish an environment of constant, frictionless and guided learning. Designed as an online learning environment, iGOT’s courses are aligned with competencies, allowing for personalised skill development for all public servants.
